Benefit Analysis

Upon completion of the process analysis, EID reviews specific activity related information within each portion of the documented processes.


Benefit Analysis is a specific review typically including developing new metrics studies.  These studies are evaluated for relevant processing activities to reveal data such as determining how much time is spent on redundant activities, preparing files, creating folders, printing, stamping, collating, file management, manual routing, manual sorting, etc.  These times are then conservatively evaluated to determine the specific benefits and recommendations for either technological and administrative based changes.


All too frequently, businesses today are unaware of the many benefits acquired through document management.  EID can help the client select options for technical or management based changes, then determine most accurately the true cost savings and return on investment for these new technologies.
