Vendor Neutral ECM Consulting Services and solutions is a cornerstone of EID

Formed in 1995, EID  has significant experience analyzing, designing and overseeing implementation of Electronic Content Management (ECM) (also known as Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS) solutions throughout a wide range of organizations and industries.  Our experience includes indepth vendor-neutral consulting services for a wide range of client organizations throughout the United States and extensive experience at the international level with clients from Australia, Malaysia, Mexico, Dominican Republic, Barbados, and Trinidad/Tobago.

Consulting services within the United States include clients in Washington, California, Florida, Illinois, Arizona, and other states.   These projects were for both public and private organizations focusing on vertical industries from the health and insurance companies to oil and gas and numerous projects related to various services provided by governmental agencies.

For all projects,  EID has provided vendor-neutral consulting services to find the right solution for the client without bias toward any particular product and assisted in vendor oversight, existing ECM assessment, and project oversight activities. Most EID clients request our team to work through all project phases, up to rollout and implementation due to our extensive knowledge and experience working with organizations not only selecting the right solution, but ensuring the solution is properly implemented meeting/exceeding anticipated objectives and goals identified during the initial assessment period.
