| EID utilizes all
of the documents prepared during the previous project phases to work
closely with selected users at the client locations to evaluate and
identify both technology-based and non-technology based changes. |

| During these meetings EID
develops new, or anticipated, process charts documenting how the processes
would operate with the selected technologies. These technology based
changes are documented in the system design document including information
on the new workflows, application modules, user interfaces, and management
reports required by the client. |

| This document will
include all necessary information allowing for the development of the
acceptance testing criteria to validate those components delivered by the
selected vendor. This portion of the project will result in the
development of a detailed project schedule with clear and measurable
milestones allowing the client to monitor the progress of the project. |
