Project Management

EID project management services typically include all activities required to ensure successful system implementation within the proposed project budget and timeframes.  As many are aware, project management includes periodic status reports to the Project Directors, day-to-day vendor management, team organization and management, and technical direction ensuring the resultant system meets the documented user requirements.

EID provides assistance in implementing a repeatable and predictable project management process, including project planning, tracking, and oversight. Consultative services follow generally accepted software project management practices and industry standards.

Due to the rapid advances of today's technology, these activities require significant resources.  EID provides technical experts whose focus is on these new technologies as well as industry standards.   EID works closely with the client to off-load many of the project related activities and tasks.  These activities typically include preparing technical information for client delivery, developing acceptance testing documents, assisting the client in change management, preparing for user training, and system rollout.
