Benefit Analysis is a specific review typically including developing new metrics studies. These studies are evaluated for relevant processing activities to reveal data such as determining how much time is spent on redundant activities, preparing files, creating folders, printing, stamping, collating, file management, manual routing, manual sorting, etc. These times are then conservatively evaluated to determine the specific benefits and recommendations for either technological and administrative based changes. |
