Richard Blatt, Senior Technologist

Mr. Richard Blatt has been involved in the document management industry since 1996. His experience includes working closely with clients during analysis, design, planning, and implementation project phases. He has worked on multiple projects including Northern California UFCW, California State Contractors State License Board, Department of Corporations, County of San Mateo, and the SoCal Drug Fund. His expertise in business process analysis is complemented by his abilities with technical system design and administration. He has received extensive training and experience in process analysis, document management design, and technical system administration. Mr. Blatt holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Portland State University.

Mr. Blatt's technical experience ranges from Project Management, Document Management system implementation, and workflow design to systems administration. His vendor management activities include server and network design, technology selection, and in-depth implementation management. Mr. Blatt's analytical services include organizational baselining, process re-engineering, and systems design. His Extended services include network maintenance and administration, document management administration and training.
